WaterHog Max Roll Goods feature an attractive herringbone pattern that provides a polished, upscale look for commercial entryways. WaterHog Max Roll Goods are available in custom sizes and recommended for large entrance areas or custom applications.
  • Clean & Dry - Bi-level surface effectively scrapes dirt and moisture from shoes, trapping it beneath shoe level to prevent tracking
  • Durable & Fade-Resistant - Reinforced rubber nubs prevent pile from crushing and extend the performance life of the mat; solution-dyed PET fabric (30 ounces/yard2) is resistant to staining and fading
  • Safe - Beveled edges provide a safe transition from floor to mat; certified high-traction by the National Floor Safety Institute (NFSI)
  • Eco-Friendly - PET fabric is made from at least 90% recycled content reclaimed from plastic, and the SBR rubber backing contains 20% post-consumer recycled rubber from car tires

Custom sizes are available in the following widths up to 50' in length.  Please note that widths over 6' are manufactured by seaming together two 6' wide mats and trimming as needed.

The minimum size for a custom roll goods mat is 3' x 3'.

Please note, mat sizes are approximate as rubber shrinks and expands in conjunction with temperature and time.  Tolerable manufacturing size variance is 3-5%.

WaterHog Max Roll Goods mats should be vacuumed regularly (daily in high-traffic areas; weekly in lower-traffic applications).  They can also be cleaned with an extractor or hosed off as necessary to remove heavy soil.  Hang dry and always make sure they are dry before placing them back in service.

Measure
Determine the number of square feet that you will need.   Measure the length and width of the area you wish to cover.  Multiply the width by the length to get the square footage of the space.  For areas that are not rectangular, break the area into smaller rectangles.  Multiply the width times the length for each of the smaller rectangles separately, and add up all the results to arrive at the overall square footage.

Prepare
Remove any old floor coverings, debris, and adhesives from the floor.  Clean the entire floor surface of any dust, drywall mud, etc.   Once the floor has been cleaned, allow it to dry completely. Allow the matting material to sit in the area uninstalled for several hours so it can acclimate to room temperature prior to installation.

Install
Apply your adhesive to the prepared floor according to the adhesive manufacturer's directions.  We recommend CA024 multi-purpose solvent-free adhesive for all installations, both indoor and outdoor.  Never use an adhesive that contains solvents.  Similar to laying carpet, roll the matting out over the installation area and carefully trim the excess material around the perimeter using a utility knife.
